Happy Hookah has been my #1 favorite vape shop for 3yrs. Thanks to the staffs knowledgable suggestions, It only took me six months to officially become an ex-cigarette smoker of ten years! In response to "Upset :/" The individual (post from 3/4/2013) ask if Happy-Hookah could service his hookah. Management asked for a receipt to show proof of purchase from Happy-Hookah. The individual did not have a receipt and as a result management declined to repair the individuals hookah, it was found that Happy-Hookah had never sold the type of hookah the individual brought in for repair. You would be a fool to step inside of this establishment. The owner is very rude and nasty. He called his customers out of their names and will ask you to "get the fuck out' if you slightly question the quality of his cheaply made stock. ALL of his hookahs are over priced and cheaply made. The owner is also a racists. He also sells products to the homeless across the street where it is heavily impacted with drug usage. This place just need to be closed down. Its a poor establishment. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you have any type of opinion about their business they will immediately kick you out. You do not even have to cuss or yell, just expressing the way you feel calmly is disrespectful to them. EMOTIONAL STAFF MEDIOCRE PRODUCTS> GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
This place has pretty good priced shisha tobacco and coals compared to Little Five Points locations and other smoke shops. Starbuzz is on the high side so I just stick with Fantasia. The guys know what they're talking about and they always recommend flavors based on what you're looking for.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I just left happy hookah . After being told to bring my hookah in to be fixed for free of charge I brought my hookah in. I tried to explain the problem to the "owner" he then blamed us for it being broken saying quote "how do I know you broughtit here".. We then asked if we could then get a deal on a new hookah and he refused to help in anyway . A feiend then told him that he was intrested in buying a hookah in the near furture he didnt care.
