Inconsistent, will cancel without telling you in advance, will show up at unpredictable times which makes it difficult to plan your day. The cleaners themselves are nice but they routinely miss spots, it's something different every time... and they have occasionally broken things without telling me. The company tries to make amends for things like this, to their credit, but over the years their service has gotten worse... Generally happy. One of the managers came over to estimate the work required for a 'move in' clean of our new property and we were happy with the level of detail he went to and the price quoted. However, when the cleaners came over to undertake the actual work, they weren't able to stick to the estimate. What they did clean, they cleaned well, but they didn't do all the work required. Happy Home does basic cleaning at a reasonable price. The company is very flexible with a)adjusting the amount of cleaning based on my family's needs and b) cancellations based on vacation and other situations. Belinda and Connie are always on time, professional and consistent. Thank You.
