If I say I have hard wood floor and I ask you not to vacuum them or drag furniture/chairs on them I mean it. I also. clear with me what soap you are using on them. I do have the right kind as cleaning company you should know better.also my house should not smell like dirty mop. Nor should I have to redo a toilet. Put things back. Do not put a rug on my clean linens. It's my home be gentle with it.
