This is a very blunt and strong criticism. The GCS Services office on n Lincoln is incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment today, November 14th, with the lady in room 5, and she was extremely rude and ill-mannered. The phone operator they have doesn’t match up with the in-office staff at all. They just waste your time and basically send you on a wild goose chase, telling you to come back another day with a very disrespectful attitude
insurance approved therapy and I gave the authorization code too which was provided my insurance but waited for 2 week didn't get any appointment.i called the lady at happy home care she said we still need fax from insurance I called dr office to give me new referral for therapy coz I need it can't wait more they wasted my 2 weeks
I really don't like to yelping on sites because you know what..., However~ Just want to say thank you so much for sincere and professional cares from the heart~ Happy home care team. My mother-in-law just got out of hospital so she needs cares. Now, we know that she is in good hands~ Of course, she is a happy camper with friendly manors and more relaxed We love to recommend this HAPPY HOME HEALTH CARE with BIG heart!
