Poor Management I have lived at this apartment complex for a little over a year. I was attracted to this property because the price was right and the apartments had been recently renovated. Last January there was an unoccupied apartment above mine whose pipes burst. I came home to 2 inches of black water in my apartment with more water continuing to rush in.
