RecommendedMy Dad built the HAPPY HOLIDAY before I was born! I still think, in comparison to us surroundings, it looks great!!
This was the most terrible room I've ever stayed in at the beach. On 4th floor and there were no elevators!!! The rooms were not like the pictures shown. I will never stay in this motel again and advise anyone else not to. By the way the lady at the desk was extremely RUDE!!!!!! Chris was the one that stayed and all me to put this on here. He was very disappointed!!!
As soon as you walked into the room it smelled awful cigarette smoke and alcohol not to mention The condition of the bathroom if I can find a way to upload pictures I will totally disgusting. The location of the motel was great if you wanted to spend a lot of time at the beach and waking to restaurants and other sightseeing places. And this is why I pick it but never in my life I would have thought that it would look like that in side the room considering the great location. We walked into our room to 2 blown bulbs and no towels. They told us we had to walk downstairs to get our towels. Floors were so nasty that our feet were immediately black. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
This is definitely a run down place. I paid a lot of money for a 7 day stay here. I set the garbage out to be picked up @8:00am, guess what it is now 5:45pm & still out their collecting other people's garbage. I will never stay here again !!!! Definitely will not recommend this place for anyone to stay.

I would say you get what you pay for, but at $150 a night, even in July, is ridiculous. We learned our lesson the hard way. Rooms are dirty, staff isn't fit to run or maintain a place. Pool dirty, house keeping left 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 kids, no balcony, outdoor steps, microwave didn't work, a/c unit running like crazy to only be going thru Crack in outside wall.
