Don't not use! It was incredibly rough on my jeep. It ripped the license plate bracket off!
Will never be returning to the "Happy" Hippo, just recieved a car was and got out only to have a cracked windshield, scratches on my hood and doors. Have called so called "management" twice to get information and have received nothing. This hippo ain't so "happy".
Love the hippo! Probably the best fully automated wash I've ever been in! The brush side seems to clean best! Always love a clean car!
Seriously the worst car wash I've ever been to never cleans the car. Don't waste your money.
Paid for the most expensive soft touch wash. The wash ran for about one minute and then it was done. My car was still as dirty as when it went in. Not happy and probably won't go back.
