Extremely disappointed. Paid $10 for the basic hippo wash plus and came out and soap was still on the car. Dirt on tires and bugs on the grill.
Went to the soft touch bay #1 yesterday and paid for the $10 wash. As I pulled in it spit some water on my car and then nothing happened. I called the number listed in the wash bay yesterday and today and left messages but they’re not replying.
just stopped to vacuum my car out. wasted money as the end was completely clogged. all garbages are overflowing. disappointing.
The soft touch wash put a couple small dents in my car and oily smudge marks across my car. Management and maintenance refused to take any responsibility and said this happened somewhere else or it was hail damage. I have a 2019 car and no hail has happened here since it’s been made! They will make you feel like you are out to get rich if you call and tell them what happened when you really just wanted some help getting the dents popped out that’s probably going to cost less than $100... Scratches all over the car... Worker tried his best to get me help, but management said not their fault if something gets caught in the machine (not from my car). STAY AWAY!
