If i could do zero star, i would. Had an appointment, only to be told Doc wasn't in and i could see her via "zoom", to only be told she couldn't help me after i talk to her about 10 minutes, explaining my situation. Was charged 260.00 for that visit. I have met all my deductibles and out of pocket expenses. I have called numerous times about this and they just kept telling me i have to wait till insurance pays them. NOW, when i call, i get hung up on or no answer. Have left numerous messages.
