I chose this imaging service because of the many five star reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not the same. I got imaged for testicular torsion when I made it clear I don’t have that condition, I have an “intermittent” version of that condition, and I needed confirmation of belle-clapper deformity. During the imaging session, she flipped my testicle multiple times without even noticing. I watched my left nut rotate 180° on the Doppler imaging system, as she was applying pressure to it. I seen her for my last pregnancy and getting ready to see her again to determine my babies gender. I highly recommend! She's hilarious and so kind ! I absolutely loved her 😍
I rarely leave reviews but I really wanted to write about the exceptional service that me and my wife had from Joyce. We went for 3D Ultrasound but baby was constantly hiding his face, so we weren't able to get his good photo quickly. While the cost itself is already super reasonable, she didn't mind spending much longer additional hours with us and also asked us to come back the very next day and again spent the whole additional one hour for us. We were really well taken care of. Joyce spent her time getting us some great veiws of the baby and is very personable. We created a memory that I will never forget.
