I've been with HHW since spring 2024 started at Oak Hill, then tried out Round Rock, Kyle/Buda, and now Bastrop. EVERYONE at all of these centers have been wonderful. But I give 2 stars because the provider in Bastrop has been horrible. Nobody I would want in a new facility. The IV staff are great. Yesterday, I had a Telehealth visit with Nicole Defrancisco NP from Houston who was filling in for my provider, Adame. NICOLE was terrific and so is CHRIS, the clinical manager. I had my first visit to this clinic and had a wonderful experience. Everyone from Marisol, Meagan, Shelby and Mireya were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed most importantly, I felt truly hard and cared for throughout my appointment it’s clear that they value their patience and provide excellent care!
This place is the best wellness clinic you can use! Super nice office facilities, very helpful, friendly and professional staff! Nurse practitioner Adame strives to meet all your needs, and to fix the root cause not just the symptoms! She is super knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend Happy Health and Wellness clinic.
