0 stars if I could. I can't stress enough how unprofessional this establishment in Fort Worth is. I was established as a patient there and the staff were just rude. Over multiple visits, during getting an IV, the physician would come in the room with other patients also in the room to discuss my lab work and my medication which breaks HIPAA as well as my privacy. Susan and Jason in the IV room are the best in Texas. They given the most comfortable injections for IV’s I have ever had in my life. Along with Kendra the PA she actually listens to your concerns and takes action! Refreshing to visit a clinic that helps!!! I cannot emphasize how much this clinic has heals my health and obscure illnesses. Feeling better and getting answers!!!!
The staff & the atmosphere at Happy Health and Wellness is FANTASTIC!!! They treat you like family!! They get to know you & great you by name upon arrival. So thankful for you guys at HH&W Clinic.
