I have used Happy Happy for the last 10 months. I have had no issues with this facility. During the floods we had recently as well as the severe storms with tornadoes about 2 miles away, I was informed that the storage facility was unharmed in each storm as well as how to get to the facility due to road closures on the normal routes if I needed to access my belongings by email from management. Excellent facility - just moved our furniture out after storing for 2.5 yrs with Happy Happy. Other than needing a light dusting, no other concerns. Very clean, perfect temp control, no issues w/ water, or bugs. We appreciate the security and ease of storing with Happy Happy.
Nicole at Happy Happy Storage is the kindest, most helpful person! My dad had just passed away, and Nicole got my mom all set up with some temporary storage units. She was very sincere and treated my mom as she would treat her own family! Thank you for being so supportive, kind, and for going above and beyond your job duties!
I rented 3 outside 10’x35’ storage units during 90+ degree weather and was amazed at how cool it stayed inside the units. They’re built exceptionally better than most because they have 3-dimensional shingle roofing and are well insulated with chipboard walls. The pricing was affordable and the staff very nice to work with. I’ve rented several storage units over the years and these are the best I’ve ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent a storage unit.
