My experience with Happy Hair Braiding was terrible! As mentioned in a previous review, I showed the stylist and the owner a picture of how I wanted my hair, I told them the color and reiterated the length over and over to be shoulder length. The owner said OKAY, we will braid it short to the shoulder, but the stylist used the color she wanted and braided my hair down my back.
