The staff at Happy H Kars is the most friendly you will find anywhere in Houston! They treat you like a guest, offer you something to drink, and do everything you need right the first time for a great price. They always make sure everything is in good condition - pointing out issues I overlooked (burnt bulbs, low tires, filters etc) - and are extremeley honest in all their services.
