They forgot one of my items and were not trying to make it right. They just told me I was wrong and continued to try and charge me for the missing item. The service was absolutely terrible and the food I did receive was trash. The chicken was soggy had to just throw it away. highly do not recommend.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. I called because their website states that rice is included at no additional charge, but when I tried to address the issue, the manager was extremely unhelpful and showed absolutely no interest in resolving it. The biggest problem wasn’t even the rice—it was the way the situation was handled. I was under the impression it was a sit at the table and a waitress or server would take your order it was not one had to order at counter they did bring the food to the table but you had to get your own plastic fork and napkins.
