The owner is always ready to meet my requests even when they are hard to do. I’ve came to this store many times in the last month and I’ve always been met with genuine advice and help.
Ben is easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, a skilled bike mechanic, and always makes sure my bike is its best self. Can't think of a reason to go anywhere else.
Great bike shop, friendly staff, excellent communication. I took my 10-year-old hybrid in for service. Ben emailed me a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work needed--and then had the job finished later that day. On my next ride, it felt like a new bike (in a good way): smooth, tight, easy. Most highly recommended.
