It’s extremely hard getting ahold of these guys, their customer service is subpar. I reached out to them with the intention of purchasing parts but I cannot get a response from them.
The team members are super knowledgeable and friendly. They not only helped me with the repairs that I needed, but identified and remedied problems that I did not know were affecting my ride. They are super reliable and fast, and I trust them to keep me safe on the road. I cannot recommend them enough.
Happy Go is fantastic! I purchased a new bike from State Bicycle Co. and wanted to have it professionally assembled and fit. I emailed Happy Go and got a quick, kind response from Ben. He told me to to bring the bike by and when I did, he set it up for me on the spot. The whole process took maybe 45 min to an hour. The shop was technically closed when I brought the bike by so I really, really appreciated Ben taking the time to help me. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you, Ben!!!
Great service and trust worthy advice.
I bought a new bike from this store that I absolutely love. It rides great, and it is stylish. We are so lucky to have this store now in DC. The staff and manager are very helpful, and pleasant, and the store itself is so welcoming.
