This company was recommended by the company that built my house. Hanna, the owner, asks for payment upfront, which was done. The company delivered a good design but Communication was very difficult throughout the project, things were seldom done on time, excuses galore, and I often had to remind of things already mentioned in other emails due to poor organization.
