From the staff to the doctors, they're more like visiting friends than a physician. You can tell that they care about the comfort of their patients, and serve them whole-heartedly by their high standards of integrity.
Everyone at Dr. Lords' office is very kind and attentive. The office decor creates an inviting atmosphere; I especially enjoy the music played over the sound system! Dr. Lords is clear and concise when explaining the info, and he welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. I am thankful my doctor referred me to Dr. Lords!

Both Derec and Rob Lords were fantastic to work with. They were very professional, and know what they are doing. i was completely satisfied with my care. I especially liked the use of their office scooter while my foot healed.
