I just got my nails done here at happy feet and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and welcoming for the moment I walked in my nail tech took her time to listen to executive what I wanted absolutely nailed it.
Kevin is AMAZING. I heard grace is amazing as well , I want to try her next time :) seriously so happy with my nails every time. He gets it perfect for me because he knows I’m a perfectionist and he doesn’t make me feel crazy for it! Love this place, I recommend them to everyone I know!
The place is nice, but the work is not great. I’ve been here twice for a manicure and pedicure. First manicure was gel. It was thick and lumpy. Pedicure was fine. Both lasted as expected. Second time both the mani and pedi were standard polish (not gel). I selected a glittery polish. They only did two coats so it was quite sheer, not how it was shown on the display. Let me paint the full picture, because a star rating alone doesn’t cover what happened here. I’m from Colorado Springs. When I travel and spend my hard-earned money at a local business, I expect the basic standard of respect that any paying customer deserves. What I experienced at Happy Feet was the opposite of that — repeatedly. I’ve visited this location multiple times.
