I'm so grateful that Happy Feeling Home Care provider was recommended for extended care for my dad whose 92. The first impression of the representative and scheduler was priofessional, amazing and caring. The care giver that was match up with my dad is perfect. Happy Feelings Home Care is the best when it comes to Home Healthcare. I was referred to them on a Monday, got a call on Tuesday to schedule an in home interview, had the interview on Friday, and got a professional worker that following Monday. They were fast and efficient. I receive calls every so often to see if I could give feedback about the service, The healthcare worker, etc. This is customer service at its finest.
