This place is so compassionate, considerate & caring. I highly recommend them. I (unfortunately )had to use them 12/31/15, but they made a very difficult time non-stressful for both me & my dog. The Dr. & his assistant were very empathetic & thoughtful. They did not rush the process & explained everything thoroughly & patiently from beginning to end.
Recently needed help not with euthanasia but with removal after a pet passed unexpectedly. They were friendly, on time, compassionate and made a bad situation as smooth as possible. I'm still waiting for a call back from the two other services I called 3 weeks later. They also offer after hours service.
Thank goodness for this wonderful Dr., & wife, they went above & beyond for us, & our cherished pet. I've told everyone about your wonderful service.
The loss of my sweet Frenchie, my best friend of over 12 years, Rylee, was the hardest thing I've ever been through. There would have been no better way to go through this than with Happy Endings. I'm so fortunate to have known about this company ahead of time. The 5 stars is not because I have had to use this service, but because Happy Endings has helped so many of my friends in their times of need. I hope to not have to make a call to you for a very long time, but when it's Wallace's time to go, I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope people know this exists as an option for them. Thank you for the comfort you give to people as they say goodbye to their loved ones. Also, thank you for supporting rescue - I will share this page with everyone I know ❤️
We are so fortunate to have this service available to us. Dr. Fixler is caring and compassionate and helped us through what was an incredibly difficult time for our family, bringing Romeo much comfort and allowing him to pass with dignity, in his home surrounded by those who loved him the most.
