Went in with no appointment and with a family member who had complete blockage. It was nearing the end of the day, they dropped everything and assisted immediately. Procedure took over an hour. They were patient, professional, reasonably priced and helped us in a jam. My family member was able to finally hear after the visit.

Bonnie was great! I had some impacted wax in my ear, and while we weren’t able to get it out in the initial try, the drops she provided were able to eventually get my ear unclogged. Highly recommend!
