RecommendedWe had our 2 year olds hearing tested today with Happy Ears. It was an amazing experience! Our little one was taken in a booth and although she was very apprehensive, the docs were SO patient with her. This was a great experience and I appreciate Happy Ears so much!!!!! Very much recommend them

Always unprofessional. Not knowledgeable about their own products and cannot seem to learn customer service or appreciation for their customers in all these years. Never said anything but when they did hear the news they responded with agression and insults. So sad to be treated like a burden when spending money on things we need.
The office was set up for all COVID recommendations and were strictly followed. It was a very pleasant experience with all employees being efficient and helpful , The office was immaculate and well organized with excellent equipment. All questions were completely and thoroughly answered. We were very pleased with our visit and look forward to the next appointment.
Hi, we had the pleasure of working with Dr . Churchill. Our son Kennedy has been diagnosed with Autisim . She was kind , patient , and made my kiddo feel welcomed . He passed and left with a grin from ear to ear . I want to personally thank Dr. Churchill, you were so genuine especially through this covid situation , you made the best of the situation .

I have been wearing aids for almost 30 years. While I know technology has come a long way in that time, this has been by far my best experience with an audiologist. The testing and explanation was good. Dakotah excelled though, in finding the correct device, fitting and getting the right settings.In the past after hearing aids became computerized, they hooked the aids up to the computer, stuck them in my head and sent me on my way.
