我们从21年当老板还在开家庭采耳时就在这里做了，但是最近这一年是越来越不满意了。购买了采耳套票，但孩子去两次都被说有“耳结石”，不能使用套票里的项目。即使愿意加钱也不行，项目必须由老板裁定能否使用。 这样的规则让人感觉非常不舒服，顾客花钱买的服务却没有选择权，希望店家能更透明、公平一些。 另外套票还剩下四次，有谁要的可以折价出掉
