Ahmad was great. Dude came out in the pouring rain and replaced my water heater. He was in and out in less than an hour. Also did it for ~$1000 less than a large brand company quoted me for.
I had a really good experience with Happy Drain Guys Plumbing LLC. This was through a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty ticket, and Carlos was the technician who came out. What started as a simple clogged pipe that needed snaking turned into a much more complicated job, but Carlos stuck with it the whole time. He was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also took the time to explain the steps he was taking, which I really appreciated.
