Very fast, showed up an hour after I called them. It was a simple fix. No extra charge beyond the call fee!
They were out here in under an hour for a tub leak going down to the basement. Carlos just needed to caulk the taps! Very reasonable price! Just the call fee!
Never again. Even you are the last company on Earth I’ll do it be myself. Unprofessional , worst customer service and communication , lack of knowledge , expensive for no reason , making mess and not respecting customers home. Slow and hard to find if you need to talk to someone. Tried to high up prices because I was using home warranty. With the warranty ended up to pay out of my pocket $700 for two faucets. ( btw same faucets , brand new were $120x2=240). They told me $260 each ($520 for both plus labor ). Hahaha no way Jo... read more
