YUCK! – My husband and I visited Happy Dog Boarding Kennels to see the services offered before we needed to board in Nov. Im so glad we did. What a dump! Firstly, there was a young girl who came to the car to meet us. I asked for a tour and immediatley when entering I noticed a strong urine scent. Then I looked at the kennels. They didnt appear well kept. I asked about play time and was told we could pay extra but the dogs couldnt play with other dogs only the employees. I didnt see a single dog out of their kennel. Surprised about the circumstances – After three separate people gave me a positive referral to this place, I felt comfortable leaving my dogs here for a short stay. One of my dogs can be afraid of strangers, and the other is sensitive and loving, but both warmed up to the staff right away. We felt excited and able to continue on our trip.
