Where does a Person from New York City go to eat when in Cleveland? To The The Happy Dog. A very good friend of mine took me there, It was my first time. Food Was Great, Service was fantastic thanks to a very helpful server MEG. Meg made suggestions and helped me decide on a great tasting Beer and toppings to a Delicious Hot Dog & Fries.
