Tenía una cita para el día de 18 de Septiembre y desde el principio no me gustó nada de cómo son los empleados, dándoles toda información de mi dentista que me hizo referencia en ése lugar dónde ahora recibí un mensaje con el nombre diferente al mío, hago comentarios con la persona que 🤔 me atendió y no tiene nada de profesional en atención al cliente, le explique que jamás en ningún lugar me ha tocado dar tanta información personal y que decepción

Clean and state of the art dental rooms and equipment staff very kind and professional the xray device is a portable xray camera how awesome i can't wait to go back for my root canal. Has big screen to keep the children entertained climate controlled air conditioning. Perfect location has a stater brothers grocery store near by a major pharmacy chain across the street the only downside is they are not wheelchair accessible you have to have someone lift patient up one step i not sure why they don't accommodate there is someon... read more

Zero stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before giving it a try. HUGE MISTAKE. I made an appointment on 5/19. Long call. Set up for next coming Friday 05/22 very early because IT WAS AN EMERGENCY and a referral. They never sent a reminder so I took the precaution of calling on Friday before driving to the office. Turns out no appointment was set. Thank God, Western Dental took me in same day with the endodontist, same day and same office. I highly recommend to stay away if this place. Unprofessional.
