long wait times. no point in an appointment because theyre always behind. ive gone the past several times and ive waited two hours and more. multiple patients have had the same issue and theyre upset too because the receptionists nor the managers dont care and DO NOT tell the patients its more than an hour wait. So this is the worst, unprofessional, unorganized dentist office ive been to ‼️‼️Hopefully everyone who experienced this same thing complains to the insurance about this horrible place.

Im always try to be 15 min earlier that my appointment time, waited almost 2 hours and nothing happened, sucks
They are like family yes sometimes they get on your nerves, and yes sometimes they are having a bad day don't we all. They have a mama bear manger with a heart. All of us at one time or another go through things but they got the job done unlike some other places. So thank you from a very strict person.
Bad dentist, the staff was mean to me, Don't trust this office, they will rip you off. They will overcharge you at every opportunity and will only offer you the bare minimum of care. Take your referral to a different dentist!!! Bad care, bad staff :(
