Zero stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before giving it a try. HUGE MISTAKE. I made an appointment on 5/19. Long call. Set up for next coming Friday 05/22 very early because IT WAS AN EMERGENCY and a referral. They never sent a reminder so I took the precaution of calling on Friday before driving to the office. Turns out no appointment was set. Thank God, Western Dental took me in same day with the endodontist, same day and same office. I highly recommend to stay away if this place. Unprofessional. Maria is the best! I love the dentist and she made me feel great!
Went here for Braces which is great. But we’re forced to have teeth cleaning here bc of the on and off the wiring, other dental places, it takes 30 minutes. Here it took TWO HOURS!!! There’s only ONE dental hygienist I guess that can barely speak English (which is fine idc about that part) and ONLY ONE DENTIST!!! So again what normally takes 30 minutes , takes 2 freaking hours!!!!!!! OMGGGG we will stick to braces here only. Their brace service is fast and efficient! But NOT their cleaning !!!
