I purchased a 2007 Dakota 4x4 from these folks as a long-distance purchase. David, Roman, and Vicki were all a pleasure to work with. David and Roman were patient after I made an offer and submitted a deposit to hold the vehicle. They also stepped up in sending extra photos upon request. Vicki went the extra step to call and let me know the status of the title as it was sent separate from the vehicle. Had seen a truck online and took it home same day, Shea approached upon arrival and took care of the purchase process. Good in house finance rates and great customer service even after purchase of the vehicle.
This car dealer is not ok! My daughter bought a car from here turned out to be a Lemon. In two weeks the car needed a brand new engine and parts to the engine. She had to come out of her pocket even with a warranty she had to buy. After that they didn't want to give her the new license plate they played phone tag for a month. Worst experiencing ever in buying a car for my daughter. Not a good place to buy a car, bad business

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March, and what should have been a routine title and registration process turned into four months of delays, poor communication, and unnecessary frustration.
