I bought a new boat from Troy Johnson at Happy Days in 2004 that I have loved and enjoyed ever since. I saw Troy at the 2020 Cleveland Boat Show and he says "Hi, Dale." He still remembers me after all these years. My boat now needs repowering and he has patiently helped me make decisions on how to do that and with whom and I have accepted his recommendations and am very "Happy" with them. If you have boating needs, Troy and Happy Days are a great place to have them met.
I finally pulled the trigger on my dream boat. A 2020 Robalo center console R222. I absolutely love the boat and Happy Days was a pleasure to deal with. My salesman, Jim, was extremely helpful in making sure this was the right boat for me. And Todd was extremely patient working with me on the in-water demo making sure I was 100% comfortable operating the boat since this is a much different type of boat than I’ve ever owned. We just purchased a Parker 2120 SC at Happy Days. We could not be happier with the purchasing process and treatment we received by everyone. Tim Balde was our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He made sure we had all our concerns covered and questions answered. We would highly recommend this dealership and salesman for anyone in the market for a boat.
