Usually a great bar but the bar tender tonight (6/1/16) was extremely rude to paying customers which completely ruined the experience. I would suggest hiring employees with less attitude and more manners. I am not the only one complaining of this tonight.
This place is great, lots of locals.. but very friendly and great place for some food and a beer
Food was really good, and nice sized portions. The Staff is always friendly. I recommend the Lunch specials, Can't beat a huge meal for $8 and that comes with a drink..The Food also comes out in a timely manner which is a huge plus with me. Nice clean warm atmosphere too..I can't think of one bad thing about the place..Well done Happy Crab..
Service was super slow- my drink was empty for about 10 minutes before it was noticed. Food was ok- not the worst, not the best. Everything overly tasted like wine. Might have been 2 stars if I hadn't spent all of today vomiting. Never going to go back.
Loved the scallop kabob. ..location rocks and the waitress was a doll.
Ate here twice on my last visit to Eastport. Better food and atmosphere than the Chowderhouse. Locals introduced me to a new drink. Ask for a Coffee Brandy on ice with a splash of milk, delicious. The scallops are tender & creamy. Hubbyhad the seaseafood pasta, that was full of large pieces of lobster claw meat and other large pieceso seafood. Will recommend to any fellow travler.
