Overpriced and terrible quality! I decided to try a new nail place and I will definitely not be back. They sold me on the Dazzle polish claiming it would last longer. Not only did the manicure come out terrible, it chipped within 3 days. I could have done a better job myself.

I have gone here for a long time and while they do good job, my experience today will make me not go back. My nails are “almond” shape and I went to get a UV gel fill in. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said yes a little so she cut and filed into my shape. When I went to pay for my manicure they told me it was $10 for a “special shape”. Great job with my nails (longevity TBD), but they constantly asked if I wanted add ons, told me items I chose had an upcharge after sitting in the chair (with +$3 for nail polish for Essie?) and charged me an additional $10 for a massage they said was included. Poor experience, good job at nails.

Tools are NOT sanitized between customers. The nail techs sneakily put dirty, non sanitized tools directly into what would be a sterile bag and seal it. When you arrive you see them open a sealed bag but they are NOT DISINFECTED. I witnessed my used clippers and other metal tools go right into a bag and it was sealed so you think you’re getting sterile tools. My skin was STILL in the cuticle clippers. Disgusting!!!

This is an amazing salon. My hands smell amazing after because of their lotion that they use, which smells like berries and sweet coconut. My nails last 2 weeks max even WITHOUT gel. My nails look so shiny and clean after. This is my moms account but just know when all the polish came off after about 2 weeks, my nails looked clean and long and my cuticles were noticably perfect. I was insisting to my mom that they used a nail growth oil on me, but they just cleaned them too good. LOVE THIS SALON
