My wife had an absolutely dreadful experience at [happy color nail and spa]. From the moment she walked in, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The technician who did her nails seemed more interested in rushing through the job than doing it well. The work was sloppy—my nails were uneven, the polish was streaky, and there were smudges everywhere. It’s honestly some of the worst nail work I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to plenty of salons. I went here for an acrylic full set and a pedicure. I got my pedicure first, the woman put one coat of polish on and then told me I was all done, go dry. I very nicely told her I would like another coat to be put on my toes because the color wasn’t showing up, she told me that was the color and I was and asked if I wanted a new color. I told her no, just please do a second coat. She did, yet still missed half my toe nail on 2 nails. The staff is always so kind to my wife and they listen to her requests. Will is amazing at designs she finds a picture of what she wants and it’s always so perfect if not very close!
