worst experience. made an appointment for 4:30 didn’t matter they didn’t take me until 5. proceeded to have me there till after close. told them 20 times what i wanted and still it was a confusion (wanted a french tip but with a light blue where the white would be instead you know simple). had me pay earlier because they were closing which is completely fine. i didn’t have cash for a tip but i didn’t want to have them reopen the register for cash. so i proceeded to walk out when i was chased to my car by the main girl up fro... read more

The reason for my 1 star rating is because of the workers constantly smoking cigarettes and reeking the salon up. Most people who go to a nail salon are looking to relax, the smell of cigarettes is NOT relaxing at all. It is so unappealing being stuck in a chair during your service and having to be subjected to someone else’s disgusting habits. If you want to feel like you’re sitting in an ash tray and being talked about by the staff, this is your salon! Beware of going here to “relax” the environment here is far from that.
