Strange Vibe , they are going through a transition with owners and employees. Previously I was able to walk in and wait 10 mins for a pedicure. Now I have to make an appointment day before. They have new staff every time I’m there. Hope the place strives and succeeds, and makes it easier to get in. I truly like it here. …
Stephen was really rough and rushed through both my manicure and pedicure cutting the nail all the way down and uneven. Disappointed but I’d try someone else the next time. Clean space
New management it’s absolutely terrible. They took over a business with customers that had balances on services. Will only allow 30% of the bill to use the balance on card. Because “they don’t want to go bankrupt”. Don’t load up a card!!
New management. They are so disorganized and made me size my own nails while waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time. two of my nails fell off after 2 hours. went back multiple times and just gave up after a while. popped the rest of my nails off like they were press ons. really sad to see a once great place go like this. the receptionist is nice but she is obviously overwhelmed and doesn’t know what to do.
Unfortunately business is under new management, everyone left and new employees are in, previous management had more “young” people doing nails..now they have less people, I had a guy doing my nails, seems very new to this as he was asking his coworkers questions, but overall he did really good, I never get a proper quick massage when having a pedi, but he took time to massage etc, and he was gentle removing all cuticles. Plus when me and my son got in they offered us bottle of water and snacks to my son:) which I appreciate... read more
