I purchased a 2016 honda pilot from them. While we did get a great price, there were multiple things wrong mechanically that they tried to sweep under the rug. I got a pre-purchase inspection done by a reputable nationwide shop. Found cv axle boot damaged and slinging grease, multiple oil leaks including both valve cover gaskets/mainseal, catalytic converter error code, and a connecting tube for the rear washer fluid was cut. I bought a used 2016 Chevy Cruze from Crystal and Ron, and I am not thrilled with this purchase whatsoever. I am a first time buyer for a car in general and since I have had this vehicle which has been 4 months, it has nothing but issues. Firstly the car was driven to Austin without any oil when I was told the oil was changed. I had to go to Firestone to get that done and luckily no metal was found during the process. Secondly, the check engine light would consistently turn on and off, following sudden engine failure as the ... read more
