I purchased a 2016 honda pilot from them. While we did get a great price, there were multiple things wrong mechanically that they tried to sweep under the rug. I got a pre-purchase inspection done by a reputable nationwide shop. Found cv axle boot damaged and slinging grease, multiple oil leaks including both valve cover gaskets/mainseal, catalytic converter error code, and a connecting tube for the rear washer fluid was cut. I bought a used 2016 Chevy Cruze from Crystal and Ron, and I am not thrilled with this purchase whatsoever. I am a first time buyer for a car in general and since I have had this vehicle which has been 4 months, it has nothing but issues. Firstly the car was driven to Austin without any oil when I was told the oil was changed. I had to go to Firestone to get that done and luckily no metal was found during the process.
