Very disappointed in this dealership. My brother recently bought a GMC truck from them and, literally the next day, we discovered the transmission was totally shot. Happy Car happily let him drive off the lot with a truck that they fully knew needed its transmission rebuilt, then told him he was on his own when he called to see if there was anything the dealership could do. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to get scammed, and end up paying an additional $10k to fix whatever problems they lied to you about.

I was rushed into writing a review yesterday before even leaving the store. Now I know why.. I feel like this business has dealt with me deceptively. We have need for over $4000 in repairs and I have not held the keys for 24 hours yet. I am waiting to see if the company will remedy their lies. I was told that our car had no known mechanical issues. I was told that part of the process includes their onsite preparation, reconditioning and inspection to meet their quality standards and ensure proper functionality and safety. Th... read more
