Took my car over this afternoon to get it cleaned. Operations Manager, Maritza, was outside to great me as I pulled up. After she introduced herself she informed me that a pipe had burst due to the freeze and they couldn’t complete the exterior wash and asked if still wanted to do the interior work or reschedule. I booked an appointment which due to a misunderstanding got missed but James the owner called me to apologize and make it to me, my work truck looks great from inside with clean seats definitely coming back in the future for more services.
