Super friendly and helpful. The price of my RV repair was under the bed of other locations. That work was fabulous.
Don’t use their repair shop. The quality of the work they do is not what it should be. The electrical area after a repair was not sealed up properly. Tank work leaks after they are done. Trim work came undone on the first long drive. I had to repair it myself. There is other work that they have done at the same quality as what I described above. Insurance work has been over billed also.
We had problems with our Sprinter Van on a cross country trip. Happy Camper had the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. Josh in Service was amazing and ordered our part overnight. Our Sprinter Van was fixed the next morning and we were able to resume our trip. I would highly recommend the incredible folks at Happy Camper.
Excellent service through the full buying process! Derek and the support team were very helpful and answered all of my questions from my first call through getting the new trailer home. Derek was particularly helpful with my trade and with the additional equipment for the trailer. Manny, a great Happy Camper technician walked me through all of the systems for the trailer and thoroughly answered all of my questions and made sure I fully understood how to operate everything.
I was having a battery issue and Melanie at the Happy Camper Caldwell Store , parts and service held the store open for me to get there. They could’ve easily sold me a new battery, but they took the time to discover that it was only a fuse! Melanie and Greg were polite, efficient and so very helpful, it truly made my weekend. I am very grateful and will give them business for the rest of the life of my camper.
