The sales team was great, but BEWARE of the service department. We had a kitchen leak and a blind fall down on our 3rd trip out with our brand new trailer, and it took 2 weeks to get an appointment, then another week before they even looked at it. When I picked it up there were dirty, greasy handprints all over the counters, dinette, cushions, door handles and walls. Our trailer was brand new, clean and nothing greasy needed to be fixed. The Happy Camper RV team provided a great camper purchase experience. Josh & his service team were the real stars for accommodating me during the camper support installation to my truck. I drove 887 miles to do business with Happy Camper and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a straight deal with no B.S..
The Service department was very professional and was able to make repairs to my camp trailer where someone else had failed
