I stopped in one Saturday afternoon for one reason: I saw the 'Open' sign still in the window and figured it couldn't hurt to check the place out. Very glad that I did because the quality of meats in the place impressed me more than the fact that it had not closed at 1 PM or 3 PM like other butcher shops in the area.
