Been coming here for years to wash my car using a membership. Today the car wash damaged my car by pulling the exterior shark fin/antenna assembly off the top of my car. I have a dash cam video of the noise also where you can hear an extremely loud crunching sound as the car wash ripped the device from my car. I asked to speak to a a manager and was told there was nobody available to assist with my issue. It was at this time that I decided to cancel my membership for obvious reasons. The photos are not accurate as they are from other Happy Bubbles I assume. So when I arrived I went through a VERY short wash, then given a single towel, and could only use one type of vacuum head. Vacuum area had no shade, was relatively dirty, and the place had handwritten signs. I paid $25 for a one month membership but I have no desire to go back. I didn’t even finish cleaning half the car. I’ll take the $12 loss and go to Soapy Joes or Genie even though it’s further away.

The auto wash is extremely short and parking for vacuums was miniscule! Some of the vaccums aren't as strong and the location is terrible, between a crowded gas station and a one-way alley. I wouldn't go back for the high prices they ask.
