I paid $1680 for my wedding dress and what I received doesn't look or fit correctly. They treated my fiancé and I horribly when we contacted them. I was told by the owner that if we hurt them publicity wise that "what goes around comes around." I am now stuck with a dress that doesn't match what I ordered and we are getting married in three months. This company is a scam with the worst customer service available.
I had my bridesmaids ordered their dress from here and the process was smooth from start to beginning. Each of them was able to call in their order and pay themselves. The owner was very nice and they have been following up with all of them ever since! Deff recommend them. We ordered something similar to this, watters bridesmaids, i cant wait to see my bridesmaids in the dresses!
