Since being diagnosed with celiac disease, I've been looking for a good dedicated gluten free bakery. And I found it in March. Their food doesn't taste gluten free, even though it is. It's truly amazing and one of my favorite places to visit since moving to the Appleton area.
Stopped in this morning for the first time and definitely not the last time. Had a chocolate brownie cupcake, something i haven't had in so very long and thought I'd never have again because of being gluten intolerant and vegan. Best. Cupcake. Ever. Brought some home and will be stopping in again. Thank you to the amazing people in the bakery for giving those of us with food allergies a little slice of heaven. It was wonderful. You made my day! �
Best gluten free bakery! I live on the minnesota/Wisconsin border (about 4 hours away!) and have to make trips thru Appleton on my way to my dads, I have to stop in every chance I get! Just wish you were open Sunday's so I could swing in on my way home!
Tried both a chocolate and a vanilla cake and have had the doughnuts in the past!! Delicious!! I won't go anywhere else for cakes now!
