Absolutely ruined my nails. The guy who did my nails was not careful at all, he practically sawed into me with the nail file to the point where I have a cut on almost every nail. both of my thumbs have deep cuts on each side. The pain is awful, it burns really bad when I try to pick something up. When I asked him to be more patient he brushed it off and said it was just his nail stabbing into mine when me pushed the acrylic on the sides. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! I have been coming to this salon for awhile and the service has consistently declined. So today my appointment time was 11am I show up service doesn't start until 1130, then about 1pm service still was incomplete. The lady at the front desk walks pass and starts pointing and talking about the polish I look closely the polish was wrinkled, but clear polish was being applied so once I looked at it she said she'll fix it. They don’t get your color right, rush you through the process. Go somewhere else.
