I went in for a trim and came out with an uneven choppy haircut. I have thin hair and the gentleman did not seem to know how to work with that- his cut made it look / feel even thinner. Probably the worst cut I’ve ever gotten and would give zero stars if i could.
Literally just left this place. It sucks, Ive been coming here since i was little, the quality of people working here went so downhill. I asked for curtain bangs, he did something, but not what i asked for. You can see he was even nervous i would mention it when he said he was done. They also talked about my hair in their language. I know that 100% bc it came right after they were pushing me to do a “hot oil treatment “ and i said no. And as your paying they jump down your throat for a tip. Very friendly and professional. Always happy with my haircut!
Very disappointed about the haircut. The owner was informed but she did not do anything to please the customer. She said SORRY only. Shame on her.I would never go back again. The lady with a lot of experience did a terrible job. SHAME
