Constantly out of stock of basic pet supplies. Unfriendly staff. Amazon sells same supplies and never out of stock, and you wont have to deal with a crabby store clerk.

I love this place so much! The customer service here is worth everything and I will be a life long customer. Natalie knew who I was before I knew who she was, just because she made an effort to remember me and my dog from my first visit. They anticipate my regular special order, and have even placed it for me prior to me calling it in. Chelsea is a big sweetheart and just wants to be helpful. I love being able to call for my order on Thursday and have it by their Friday delivery. I love everybody there, cats included!

The Happy Beast is a great store. Really friendly service. Timely reminders on my pet food deliveries, nice staff. A great find since moving to the area.
