HORRIBLE Not pleasant, unfriendly, liars, and NO CLASS! Worst vacation I have taken. They didn't listen to our issue and accused us of the problem (hot water...you would think they would address this because it's their service but not, it was our fault for not having hot water in the dead of Winter). Not polite and no class at all. No sorries and no solutions.
