I had an issue with a vacuum that was not working. The worker on staff was nice and told me the correct vacuum to use and gave me credit to use it.
The drive thru wash is usually good but lately something is always broken or empty today the under carriage didn’t work nor did the dryer. Last time we went the tri gloss was empty and it only had the high water pressure on one side of the wash.
Vacuums are terrible since they have no suction. The automatic car wash is OK since it has no brushes. It does not do a deep clean, but does an OK job.
Horrible place! The guy that works there is a jerk! Yelled at my bf for using his microfiber rag because the brushes leave scratches. The sign says no bucket washes but that’s not at all what he was doing and what does it matter if you are spending money. That guy has a bad attitude!!! Then I go to wash one of our work vehicles and accidentally when taking off caught the hose and it ripped off he cussed me out saying I was just going to leave which wasn’t the case at all!
