Hello, our family has been using the services of Happy at Home for over a year now. We are pleased with the part-time care they are providing to our family.
I have say, not happy with sticking me with $1354.65, for no services! You charged me $354.65 for absolutely nothing, not even being at my residence at all! I hope you can live with your conscious! I only owed you at most, $1,000.00 . I called on last Saturday 2 pm,& said I didn’t want any services over the weekend, you said that I would be charged anyway, for 48 hours notice, I said, if you are going to charge me anyway, then, go ahead & send someone Saturday night!
