The attitude of the lady who owns this business is absolutely hideous. She is consistently rude, dismissive, reluctant to help. It baffles me how she can come to Australia & be so pointedly rude to Australians, whom are trying to support her business. Everytime I shop here, she has the same rude attitude....its time to stop, this shop does not deserve any business from customers regardless of how nice the flowers are.
This place is like a cheap Asian restaurant with good food. The flowers are immaculate and very good value but you don't go here for the customer service. I still keep coming despite being yelled at because the flowers are always fresh, arrangements beautiful and cheaper than other places.
I went in to buy some birthday decorations (flowers and balloons) for a surprise for my partner. The shop itself is lovely with a great range of options, and the products seem high quality. Unfortunately, the woman working the counter was extremely unwelcoming—she repeatedly acted like she didn't want to sell anything and made even simple requests feel like a hassle. Ordered flowers for my daughter birthday was very disappointed with the flowers she got,and the money I paided for them not happy at all.
Very Rude Staff – Not Recommended I came to buy flowers, but no one was at the counter, so I had to look for a staff member. When I asked about a specific flower, the staff member responded by saying, “It’s right in front of your eyes,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable during the interaction when I asked if they had flower food and was told they couldn’t understand me, even though I spoke clearly.
